In a world where skin bleaching is prevalent, Joha’s decision to showcase her son’s melanin-rich complexion stood out. The striking contrast between the mother and son in their photos radiated beauty and love.
Joha frequently shares pictures of her handsome black son on her personal Facebook page, allowing everyone to witness his captivating features. The boy’s parents, both possessing remarkable beauty themselves, have passed down their undeniable charms to their son. While the boy’s given name remains undisclosed, Joha has revealed his middle name, Rufaro, meaning “happiness” in Shona, a language spoken in Zimbabwe.
Reflecting on her choice, Joha explains, “My grandmother bestowed upon me the name ‘Kanyamuneka,’ which has significance in the Kirundi language.”
Joha aspires for her son to always find joy when his name is mentioned, believing that one’s name represents a part of their identity.
